Esperance Ingabire holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Calgary, as well as an Early Childhood Certificate. She is deeply passionate about working with refugees and supporting community empowerment. As a former refugee, her work is rooted in helping newcomers and refugees successfully integrate into Canada. With over three years of experience working with children, she supports youth by encouraging them to pursue education and believes strongly in breaking cycles of discouragement through motivation and mentorship. She also works as an interpreter, assisting newcomers with employment, important documentation, and settlement services.
